Terms

These terms govern the use of the pet-mod creation service "CORON" ("the Service") operated by Atsushi Hagiwara ("we"). By using the Service, you (the "User") agree to these terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These terms apply to all matters related to the Service between User and us. Submitting the order form constitutes agreement to these terms.

Article 2 (Service Content)

Based on photos and information provided by the User, we create mod files (.jar) usable with Minecraft® Java Edition and deliver them to the User.

This Service is not officially provided by Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation and has no partnership or approval from either company.

Article 3 (User-Provided Material)

  1. User warrants that photos submitted at the time of order do not infringe third-party rights (including copyright and rights of likeness).
  2. Photos and information provided will be used only for performing the Service (mod creation and delivery).
  3. We may delete source materials after a certain period (typically 90 days) following delivery.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  1. The fee for the Service is USD 20.00 per pet.
  2. Payment is by Stripe (credit card, etc.) or PayPal.
  3. Orders are not confirmed until payment is complete.

Article 5 (Delivery and Turnaround)

  1. Delivery is by email attachment or download link sent to the registered email address.
  2. Turnaround is generally 7–10 days from payment completion. May vary depending on workload.
  3. We accept one minor revision free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Beyond that or for major reworks, a separate quote will be provided.

Article 6 (Rights and Permitted Use)

  1. Copyright in the mod files we create and related materials belongs to us.
  2. User may use the delivered mod for personal, non-commercial purposes. Secondary use within personal scope (video streaming, social media) is allowed.
  3. Commercial use, redistribution, paid transfer, and publication as a derivative work are prohibited. Please contact us if you wish to do any of these.
  4. We make no claim of ownership over the Minecraft® name, assets, or code in any form.

Article 7 (Cancellation and Refunds)

  1. Because the Service is made-to-order, refunds for user convenience are generally not accepted.
  2. Cancellation before production starts qualifies for a full refund.
  3. For cancellation during production, partial refund is decided based on progress.
  4. We will fix obvious defects in delivered items free of charge.

Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)

User shall not engage in any of the following:

Article 9 (Suspension or Termination of Service)

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages caused to User or third parties as a result.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. We make no warranty as to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, completeness, or usefulness of any aspect of the Service.
  2. We are not liable for damages arising from use of delivered items, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  3. Our liability is in any case capped at the order amount (USD 20).

Article 11 (Personal Information)

Personal information obtained from User is handled in accordance with the separate "Privacy Policy".

Article 12 (Changes to Terms)

We may change these terms without prior notice when deemed necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this website.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as court of first instance.
