• Pet display name, species, notes — information needed for the order
• Pet photos (1–4 images)
• Information for payment processing (we do not collect card numbers directly; payments go through Stripe / PayPal)

2. Purpose of use

Collected information is used only for:

• Producing and delivering the ordered mod
• Communicating about order progress, delivery, and revisions
• Improving the quality of the Service and statistical analysis
• Compliance with law and protection of our rights and interests

3. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except:

• Where required by law
• When information processing is required for payment via Stripe Payments Inc. and PayPal Holdings, Inc.
• When delegating handling to service providers (email delivery, server hosting, etc.) within the necessary scope

5. Retention of photos and order info

• Pet photos are deleted 90 days after delivery as a rule.
• Order info (email, display name, etc.) is retained for 7 years from order completion as required by tax and legal obligations.
• We accommodate deletion requests from customers even within the retention period.

We may use cookies to understand usage and improve convenience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work.
